Latricia is the Founder of Bostic’s Consulting. She began her career in Human Resources as a Headhunter in 2004, and worked as an HR Director for a personal injury law firm for the past 7 years.
Latricia has spent most of her career in oil and gas, energy, legal, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and production industries. She has experience in starting up and streamlining an entire human resources operations, in order for employers to be compliant.
